在此次访问中，董事长严加春带领中南大学赖教授一行参观了CNAE扬州中钠产线，为代表团详细介绍了公司的产业规模、科研成果以及未来规划。赖教授对中钠工厂的生产实力及技术研发给予了高度评价，期待未来更多的校企合作。

   探讨合作，共创未来  

参观之后，双方展开座谈会议。会上，中南大学赖延清教授阐述了学院的基本情况以及近年来在教育教学、科研创新等方面取得的显著成绩。他强调，校企合作是学院发展的重要战略之一，希望通过与企业的深入合作，为企业提供精准的人才支持。

董事长严加春表示，CNAE自建立以来一直很重视人才引进，积极与高校之间建立更加深入的合作，充分发挥双方优势，在产学研项目、高层次人才共享等方面进一步深化合作，为行业和地方经济建设做出更大的贡献。

On May 15, CNAE and a delegation from Central South University held a symposium on school-enterprise cooperation. This symposium aims to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, realize resource sharing, complement each other's advantages, and provide a broader practice platform for students.

As a leader of higher education institutions in China, Central South University (CSU) has cultivated excellent talents one after another with its profound academic background and innovative spirit, and CNAE has been adhering to the concept of "Innovation, Cooperation and Win-Win" since its establishment, and has been committed to promoting the in-depth integration of science and technology and industry. The meeting between the two sides marks a new starting point for university-enterprise cooperation, and we look forward to the joint efforts of the two sides to build a bridge of cooperation between the industry, academia and research institutes, to realize the sharing of resources and complement each other's strengths, to cultivate more high-quality talents, and to promote the progress of science and technology and the development of the industry.

During this visit, Chairman Yan Jiachun led Prof. Lai and his delegation to visit the production line and introduced the industrial scale, scientific research achievements and future plan of the company in detail. Prof. Lai highly praised the production strength and technology development of CNAE factory and looked forward to more university-enterprise cooperation in the future.

After the visit, the two sides started a discussion meeting. At the meeting, Prof. Lai Yanqing elaborated the basic situation of the college and the remarkable achievements in education, teaching, scientific research and innovation in recent years. He emphasized that school-enterprise cooperation is one of the important strategies for the development of the college, and hoped to provide accurate talent support for enterprises through in-depth cooperation with them.

Chairman Yan Jiachun said that CNAE has been attaching great importance to the introduction of talents since its establishment, and has been actively establishing more in-depth cooperation with universities, giving full play to the advantages of both sides, and further deepening the cooperation in the areas of industry-university-research projects and sharing of high-level talents, in order to make a greater contribution to the construction of the industry and the local economy.

School-enterprise cooperation can not only provide a broader practice platform for students, but also inject more innovative vitality into enterprises, and realize common development and prosperity for both sides.
