5月3日，CNAE 中钠能源（扬州）有限公司（下简称CNAE)与柳州五菱汽车工业有限公司印尼分公司（下简称五菱工业）、PT.IBAK ILMIAH INOVASI（下简称IBAK）在雅加达国际会展中心签署电动车用磷酸铁锂电池模组采购合作协议。CNAE将携手五菱工业、IBAK针对东南亚市场特点共同研发、实验各类新能源产品，为东南亚国家能源转型提供有力支持。

4月30日-5月4日，首届印度尼西亚国际两轮车、零配件及用品展览会正在火热展开中，CNAE作为国际最大规模的钠电量产企业，展台前海外客户络绎不绝，本次展出了32140、4695钠电池、锂电池、二轮车电池包、电摩专用电池包、AGV电池、三轮车电源、叉车专用电源、清洁设备电源、房车/船舶电源等核心应用产品。

继昨日与印尼淮海签订总额375万美金的电动三轮车用钠离子电池模组采购协议之后，今日，CNAE再次与五菱工业、IBAK两家公司签订采购合作协议，CNAE海外喜报不断，这将是进军东南亚市场的重要一步，CNAE正积极布局全球电池工厂，助力全球可持续事业发展。

根据协议，签约项目为电摩及三轮车用电池模组，CNAE与五菱工业签约总金额为145万美金的采购合作协议，包含72V50Ah电动摩托车钠离子电池模组1500组，48V60Ah电动三轮车电池模组1500组。CNAE与IBAK公司签约总金额106.5万美金的电池模组采购协议，包含48V12Ah电池模组3000组，60V30Ah电池模组3000组。

三方计划将于印度尼西亚共同组建新能源电池生产基地，力争三年内实现从电芯到应用系统的新能源全产业链产品供应，充分调动各自优势资源展开合作，立足印度尼西亚面向东南亚地区提供产品及服务。

本次签约仪式由中国自行车协会副理事长陆金龙、江苏省自行车电动车协会副秘书长宋金芸见证。

According to the agreement, the signed project is battery modules for electric motorcycles and tricycles. CNAE and Wuling Industry signed a purchase cooperation agreement with a total amount of US$1.45 million, including 1,500 sets of 72V50Ah electric motorcycle sodium-ion battery modules and 48V60Ah electric tricycle battery modules. 1500 groups.  CNAE signed a battery module purchase agreement with IBAK with a total value of US$1.065 million, including 3,000 sets of 48V12Ah battery modules and 3,000 sets of 60V30Ah battery modules.
